FOR HONOR: Warden Guide

The Warden is the Vanguard class hero of the Knights faction. It’s classified as an easy to learn hero with an adaptable and straightforward playstyle that strikes a balance between Attack and Defense.

As a jack-of-all trades on the battlefield, Wardens are effective at just about everything that is needed while in battle. They can traverse the battlefield well and fight well with their two-handed swords. Their special abilities include an unblockable shoulder tackle, as well as a variety of strong interruption abilities and throws

Basic Tips

üThe Warden has three Attack Chains: Vanguards Advance is performed by using two consecutive Light Attacks followed by a Heavy Attack.

üGuardian’s Assault is performed by linking a Light Attack into a Heavy Attack.

üWarden’s Wrath links two consecutive Heavy Attacks. As with all Attack chains, be sure to switch Guard directions to confuse your opponent.

üWhen surrounded by enemies, press Light Attack and Heavy Attack simultaneously to perform a Zone Attack.

üWhile Sprinting, perform a Heavy Attack to initiate a Rushing Slash.

üPerform a Dodge combined with a Guardbreak to perform a Shoulder Bash.

üHold Guardbreak during a Shoulder Bash to push your enemy further over a greater range.

üWhen blocking Top Attacks from an enemy, follow up the block immediately with a Light Attack to counter your enemy with a Crushing Counterstrike.

Advanced Tips

üChain two Side Light attacks for a guaranteed Combo. Your enemy will be unable to block the second attack due to its speed.

üAfter a Light Attack, perform a Guardbreak to initiate a Shoulder Bash.
üHarass your enemy with combinations of Side Light Chain Attacks and
üShoulder Bashes.

üUse throws and Shoulder Bashes to knock enemies off environmental ledges and traps for easy, quick kills.

üKnocking enemies into walls with throws or Shoulder Bashes staggers them. Use this opening to counter Attack.

üUse your Top Heavy Attack to bait the enemy into a Parry.
üCanceling your Top Heavy Attack and block your opponent’s leaves them open to a Crush Counterstrike follow up

The Elder Scrolls Online: Nails the Magic and Weirdness of Morrowind

Poor Eoki just can't catch a break. I first saw the hapless Argonian huddling in a corner of a dirty island hut where we'd been stashed as newly captured slaves, and he followed me when I leapt into the surrounding waters in a daring escape alongside an assassin. And now, here in Sadrith Mora, hugging the eastern rim of the island of Vvardenfell, I find him in chains again. Four times he tried to escape after our escapade, and four times slavers drug him back. Now he's stuck toiling for Telvanni mages who bought him for a discount and don't give a damn for the Ebonheart Pact's ban on slavery. I offer to free him myself, but he says he's going to be all right. He knows someone, you see—a fellow Argonian slave named Sun-in-Shadow who happens to be pretty handy with magic herself. It's more than mere trust: he's smitten with her. And now Eoki's pleading with me to go help Sun-in-Shadow with whatever she needs to rise through the Telvanni ranks an...

Battlefield 5: Early Review Impressions

The Battlefield series has always been about capturing the scale of war, and Battlefield V delivers as expected. Large maps made of both open fields and narrow lanes pit players in chaotic fights to capture objectives and deplete the enemy respawn count. Different classes empower soldiers with specific capabilities that provide distinct advantages in the right situations. And of course, tanks and aircraft not only change gameplay dynamics, but can swing the tide of battle in deft hands. The initial impression is that Battlefield V revels in familiarity--this entry doesn't stray away from the franchise formula, but it's a fine execution thus far. It's been a while since the franchise set foot in World War II, but this time, it does so with lesser-known conflicts at the forefront. It's oddly refreshing to discover aspects of history that go overlooked. While we've had a steady diet of the snow-covered Narvik map prior to release, the game's collection of land...
